Welcome to Kids Church Registration!

We are thrilled to partner with you in your child’s journey of faith and growth in every developmental age. At Shofar Durbanville, we embrace the Shofar vision of discipling children, developing leaders, and instilling a love for nations.

Our goal is to create a space where every child is known and loved. Our children’s ministry is led by volunteers who have a deep love for children and a heart to minister to them, creating a joyful community guided by the Holy Spirit.

Each lesson is carefully planned with Bible stories and age-appropriate activities to teach and inspire children while encouraging them to respond to God. You can opt to join a mailing list to receive weekly updates, including the theme, memory verse, and a family discussion activity to continue the learning at home.

Our heart is to see families connect with one another. To foster this, we request that all parents serve in Kids Ministry at least once a term unless you are serving in another ministry.

Where does my kid fit in?

Parents of 1 - 3 year olds can make use of the toddler room facilities. Parents can follow the streamed service and keep an eye on their toddler while they play.
3 year olds - Gr 1 meet in LightHub and are divided into smaller groups. Parents are welcome to sit in on sessions to help their kids get used to the routine.
Gr 2 - 7 meet in the Link.
Gr 7 bible study group meets during the AM English service at 9:45.
High school learners meet at the Link on Sunday evenings at 17:00.
